My account was permanently deactivated because you claim I am using a "bot account". Idk if that's because I have a secondary account in case I lost my first one (which is not prohibited) or if it's because I was hacked these days. Anyways, after ONE WEEK waiting for an answer they responded that the " records" says that I was terminated and did not even analysed the case. I am insisting because I spent a lot of money on imvu and I am pretty sure I am innocent (I am not using my account these days, how could I be a bot?). Repeat, I NEVER have done such things in 4 YEARS using imvu!!! (There are a bunch of bots on imvu nowadays and you are deactivating innocent people accounts!!!) Can anyone really help me? Idk what to do and it is only possible to chat with the imvu workers with VIP status (even though I spent a bunch of money, have age and ap) We have to wait for one WEEK (In my case 2 WEEKS) to get an answer without even an analysis of case!!!! My case is ID 561767 , PLEASE someone HELP ME! I'M INNOCENT!!!
