I just purchased a badge from a content creator named wBlackWolfw for 10k credits and have waited a week and have not only not received what I paid for, not a reply from the creator or refund. I find that IMVU is unwilling to refund my credits to be a kick to the stones and feel something should be done about this. Some form of notification if a profile has been dormant for x amount of time or a warning before purchasing content from someone who is inactive or left IMVU. I'm out 10k credits and honestly feel like it's a mistake to give IMVU any more of my money after 13 years on the platform. Am I alone in thinking this is a good idea to avoid throwing credits away?
