@Ashleyellen I haven't had any response from an agent with the first ticket I made was a month ago. I made another ticket and its been already 8 days still no reply. My first ticket is #550096 which is closed because I made another ticket with similar content. The last ticket is #574499. I hope this will get resolved as soon as possible.

They informed me that my account was being held on June 2nd and I only replied to the email on June 25th along with proof of payment and personal data after that has been no follow up from imvu and I am still waiting for it until now
