How long will it take before I get any word back on getting my account off hold?

Don’t make extra ticket . Because you’ll make it delayed and confused to imvu . Only keep first old ticket . When last time you not got response ?

It best to keep talking to imvu and communicate with them with issues until it resolve . Every reply take 1-5 days

Hi Asheleyellen, regarding on how long it tooks 1 week for them to respond for my ticket but then they state they that my account was reactivate but then when i tried to log in on that account using my email, it was still unknown

I have paid for waiting for the process to take too long and have paid the fine at sales@imvu on paypal on June 25th id -itskeyy1  Please speed up the process!
