I have submitted a new response to the ticket as requested regarding the account hold.

Please review it and get back to me once it has been checked.


Also, as I mentioned in the message, I am a Korean user and my government-issued ID does not contain any Roman alphabet characters to begin with.

So previously, I submitted a photo of my ID along with an English translation of the Korean text written on it.

However, IMVU requested the photo again.

Since there is originally no English text on my ID, I would like to ask: what am i supposed to do in this case?


I have asked about this as well, so I would appreciate a clear response regarding that matter to.

I’ve left two comments, one 17 days ago and another 9 days ago, but I still haven’t received any response. The first reply I got was a comment on the original ticket, so I responded there as well. In this case, is it difficult for IMVU support to see the follow-up? Should I have created a new ticket instead?
