Hi,I hope you guys respond with my question. I just get back with IMVU after few years didn't online due to my busy life schedule and my old account was disabled.When I tried to log in,the email address was non existent. I tried to create a ticket and ask the support team to reinstate my account back. Is it possible for them to reinstate my old account because that account hold a sentimental value for me.

Dear IMVU,
Its been 3 days for me to wait for the ticket response. Kindly help me on recovering my account as I spend a lots of money on that account and that account hold sentimental value for me. I know there is a lot of people out there need to recover their account as well. Please improve the customer service as this was the major problem that community are facing.
I hope IMVU management and higher up change their policies as it harms not only the community but the IMVU company itself in the future. I want to give my opinion to you as this is the major problem that people are facing right now

My account was limited because I logged in after 2 years of inactivity and my support ticket hasnt been responded to after a week, at this point I'm starting to doubt if they'll bother. which is kinda stupid because I can't even give them money like this.
