I have been in the pride event room from the 1st day of the event and have been in everyday day since but I still haven't received the pride fairy wings and I have cleared the cache, restarted my phone and still nothing.

I found out, apparently they don't accept it if you enter through the mobile app. You have to log in and enter the event room through the site itself.

I have been in the pride event and answered all five questions and I still haven’t gotten my wings yet.
