Greetings. Please reactivate or unlock my account. I have requested it several times and have not received a response. If IMVU is not interested in reactivating/unlocking my account, then out of consideration and respect, please inform me by email. I'm going to uninstall the IMVU app. I'm waiting for a response to reinstall (or not). I won't wait another two weeks for this. I've already wasted a considerable amount of my time on this. Thank you.

May you tell me your first old ticket ? 

No need open 2nd ticket it can confused imvu support and be delay .

@ashleyellen hello hope im not bothering ! just wanted to say i did a ticket like in 30th last month still no answer for same reason and i made another two days ago waiting more
