age verification disabled

I already paid to verify my age. When I uploaded my documents in the verification section, the page just kept loading, and I couldn’t submit them again. When I checked my profile, it still says Age Verification is disabled.

I’m having the same issue as well and I’m not happy this is happening, a solution needs to be found as soon as possible.

Yeah I’m having the same issue and the staff have yet to replay this is a frustrating and worrisome situation.

I have bought the AP already and all age verification posses was done but now it's showing that's it's disabled please check it as soon as possible
