My account is still on hold. I've submitted 3 tickets within 3 weeks and I have not heard anything back from them. I was only gone for a couple months! 


Why is it taking so long to get ahold of someone. No phone access..I can only chat with an agent if I'm VIP.. THIS IS WILD. At first I could at least sign in now I can't at all.

This is so wrong. IMVU you are losing business over this. If you are going to lock peoples accounts randomly you should at least have 24 hour chat support that reponds in 2-3 business days. What kind of business says you can only get support with your account if you are a VIP member??? Then I can't even buy the membership because the account is on hold so you definitely are missing out on business...You don't care about your customers.
