Age Verification Failed

Hello IMVU Support,

I purchased the Access Pass, and the payment went through (I have a receipt), but my account still shows age verification as “failed” and I do not have AP access.

  • Username: Nora011

  • Date/Time of Purchase: 29/7/2025 at 11:00 PM

  • Payment Method: Credit Card 

Please help activate my Access Pass or refund the charge. I’ve attached a screenshot of my receipt and transaction page.
