What if my Age Verification attempt failed?

After 10 failed attempts of verifying your age, the system will ask you to upload your ID. This may be accomplished through the same pop-up window wherein you verify your information. Please make sure to submit a clear and legible scan or picture of your ID. Only IDs in the Roman alphabet can be used to verify your age. 

***NOTE: Please do not send us your selfie, ID, or credit card photos unless we ask for them.***

If our Age Verification partner is still not able to verify your age for any reason, please send us the copy of your ID by attaching it to a Help Ticket. Please take note that we can only manually verify the age after you have tried going through the standard process above -- directly filing a ticket without first trying the standard process will cause the attempt to fail. You can also contact us if the age verification attempt takes more than 24 hours.
