i have a few name change token i like to send one to someone without buying more as a gift can this be done

I heard that it can be done but it requires that the IMVU tech department to transfer a name change token that is already owned from one account to another.
It's probably not worth the hassle because of how much effort and time it takes.
If time and effort = money then it's more cost effective to just purchase a name change token as a gift for the person you wish to get it.
