Account disabled due to fraud (I didn't do anything)

So wondering if it's possible to recover a permanently disabled account which happened because IMVU received a dispute notification from Google Play (I used Play credits for a  purchase and apparently IMVU never received the funds for my latest one) and then falsely accused me of fraud which I didn't do. I even sent IMVU screenshots of my convos with Google Support as I was trying to figure out how this all happened. Any help will... uh help. Kinda spent a lot of time on that account. I'm willing to reimburse IMVU to get it back.
