Subject: Correction for Ticket #636023 – Wrong ID Submitted


Hello IMVU Support,


I recently submitted my documents for age verification under ticket number 636023. By mistake, I uploaded my PAN card instead of an accepted ID (such as Passport/Driving License/other valid Government ID).


I sincerely apologize for the mistake. Could you please allow me to resubmit the correct ID so that my verification can be completed successfully?
