I am writing to report a Discord server that is distributing and promoting tools designed to stalk and monitor users on the IMVU platform without their consent. These tools pose serious privacy and safety risks, and appear to be in violation of both platform rules and applicable laws.
Evidence Provided:
Attached screenshots showing the promotion of tools such as “Live Tracker,” “Chat Spy,” “Logger,” and “Force Join” within the server.
These tools advertise the ability to:
Monitor IMVU users’ chat logs and room activity in real time.
Log friend requests, blocking, and unfriending activity.
Detect and record outfit changes.
Forcefully join rooms.
Concerns:
These features clearly enable stalking, harassment, and unauthorized data collection against IMVU users.
Such actions likely violate platform Terms of Service as well as laws, including:
United States: Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030), Electronic Communications Privacy Act (18 U.S.C. §§ 2510–2523), and cyberstalking laws (18 U.S.C. § 2261A).
European Union: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and EU Cybercrime Directive (2013/40/EU).
United Kingdom: Computer Misuse Act 1990 and Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
Similar anti-harassment and cybercrime statutes exist in Canada, Australia, and other jurisdictions.

Review the attached evidence.
Investigate the server for policy violations.
Take appropriate enforcement actions to protect users’ privacy and safety.

Blntz thank you for adding these screenshots, i personally did not want to post any screenshots to prevent myself from any further attacks, these people in these comments are so dismissive its ridiculous. i'm pretty sure were all adults here.

I will provide screenshots since the OP hasn’t. I’ve been recently tracked, stalked, and harassed by users using this tool and it needs to be taken down asap.
@Wantanabe: What you posted here is very serious. It really needs to be reported to support staff and make sure you include the screenshots. Although even without screenshots what is posted is serious enough to be investigated to make sure what you have said is true and take action in whatever direction it may fall.
