account restricted for default of payment

Hello, my account has been restricted following a Google payment refusal. Imvu asks me to pay by PayPal, but when I go to the logo and enter the Imvu email address, it tells me that for the moment they cannot accept the payment. How should I do this? Thank you.

Try using the IMVU Classic webpage store when purchasing credits, account upgrades, subscription renewals and special offers. 


The old school IMVU Classic webpages almost always work; I haven't ever had any problems when using them.
