like the title says, imvu support hasn't reached out in over 16 days... what do i do?

Many others have been waiting much longer than you and they still not gotten a response yet.
All you can do is learn how to be patient and wait until it's your turn.

I have a different problem than yours, but the context is the same: they haven’t replied to the tickets for days, it’s embarrassing...
