Its been 8 days since Ive contacted IMVU about my account being placed on hold. mind you it was placed on hold for being inactive and they want to make sure its me which i respect, but its been a week now and i want to buy things again but i cant do anything i cant even subscribe to anything. I sent them all the info they would need to know it is my account and it is me logging in, like my old card number i used, my bday my name, even my email. still no reply. its been stuck on “waiting for agent” for 8 days now, tomorrow makes 9.
