I was asked to verify my account with information like my very first email etc.. I’ve had my account for 13 years and can’t remember information from that long ago but can tell things I do remember. How do I go from that or any advice?

The best advice is to follow the instructions that were already given to you by the IMVU Staff member who respond to your help ticket.
