I bought the AV + AP bundle, got my AV verified, but wasn't given AP or any credits to buy it. Now it's saying I have to buy AP again. I thought I was supposed to out right get it?

Using ID to verify age needs to be done the correct way.

On the right side your account webpage you should see a panel that looks like this:
Click on: view order history, it's a link that will open a page showing purchase history. One of the entries will have a date and a time stamp matching when you made the purchase. Click on that entry and it will open a detailed description of what was purchased, the amount paid and the payment method.
Now check your browser history to see if you still have access to the the digital recite page of the purchase to see what you were charged for. It might also be a good idea to archive that recite or at least save a copy of it.
Maybe you can also access your bank or credit card transactions that show the purchase details. Remember to save a copy of that as well.
You will need those files if it becomes necessary to file a help ticket to get refunds for products that were paid for but not received.
