I Have 2 Problems With This:
1.) Sharing Our Thoughts & Suggestions Are Not Improving IMVU, Because We Are Being Neglected, & Ignored On This Entirely, ~_~
2.) Community Forums Work Best When People Treat Each Other With Respect & Kindness.
I Also Have A Problem With This, Because Shouldn't The IMVU Staff, Also Participate In This As Well?? Since When Is It Ok For Them To Be Disrespectful To The Community??
If We Are To Follow These Rules, I Think It's Important For The Staff To Also Follow These Rules, & No, I Don't Believe In The Slightest They Are Following The Rules Here...
I've Had Rude Behavior In Support Tickets, I've Had Ignored Support Tickets, & I've Had Accounts Deleted Without Explanations, Ive Had Neglect, & This Isn't Something New, This Has Been Going On For Too Long...
I've Seen Poor Quality Support & Poor Quality Working Jobs, I've Even Been In Them, & Have Had Positive Outcomes, But Either This Staff Is Not Equipped To Handle Such Stress, Or This Staff Is On Purpose Deliberately Not Kind & Respectful, They Are Very, Very Neglecting, ~__~
Their Attitude Has Changed, & Not For The Better... ~__~ -- Reminds Me Of Jerks In Telemarketing
I Just Think The IMVU Staff Need To Have A Lot Better Attitude Around Users...
