Im trying to log into the client but it keeps coming up with an error and nothing is loading. I have tried to un install and then re install - nothing helps. Also tried updating my Drivers didnt help. I submitted a ticket and they said clear cache...this is first thing i tried 3 times and didn't work.
I'm beginning to loose hope....any ideas please.

Most folk who used IMVU for many years have experienced all sorts of glitches and eventually figured out how to solve the problem through trial and error troubleshooting.
You can either try to solve things yourself or seek assistance.
If you seek assistance then good luck finding free labor. This is because they will most likely have to use a lot time and effort writing out technical things for you to try. Explaining technical things is very time consuming; especially if the person has trouble understanding what is being explained. Troubleshooting and finding solutions to these types of problems might require many things that will need to be tried and tested aka trial and error troubleshooting. You will also need to provide accurate feedback using the right vocabulary so the helper gets the necessary information to work with before telling you what to do next.
It will be you doing the hands on work unless the assistance is someone in real life with technical knowledge of IMVU who is physically there to do everything for you. Such help will probably be very expensive.
