So i gifted 20K worth of items out of my shop to random people. I have done this many times over the years. I have my earnings set to 90% cash 10% credits. I receive emails where the sales went through and all it says is "Profits earned: None - no profit set". For the 20K Credits i spent i received nothing in return.
Yes mam, Thanks for the reply. I filed a ticket and got a link explaining that we no longer profit from gifting even tho we do it with our own credits. I also informed them that after 15 years with IMVU. They have phased out grandfathered accounts. Put our money behind a pay wall. Tried to force us into Studio and shaft the creators every chance they get. So with that i think my work with IMVU is finally done. Hopefully their competitors appreciate their creators more. Good luck on getting new creators to even want to create here.

I'm sorry to read that. If I'm not wrong there were some changes to imvu recently try searching for "gifts profit" or something
