My account has been suspended due to suspicious login and I haven't been able to purchase any products in the account for about 15 days and the support team hasn't even responded to me. What should I do?

I check every day and nothing changes. Why can't my account be opened? I provided all my ID and payment information. Why doesn't the support team care about me?
