Neck Gap When Uploading Shirt

Hi. I'm relatively new to creating clothing for IMVU. Take a look at my screenshots. After exporting the torso and shirt mesh from Blender to IMVU Studio using the toolkit, I'm noticing a neck gap that doesn't connect properly to the head. Creators, when you're making tops, how do you usually deal with this or fix that issue?  I've noticed other creators have uploaded tops with the neck connecting seamlessly to the head, which is the result I would like to have (shown in the last screenshot).

This could either be an issue with the necks weights or the alignment before you exported.

The neck seam on male tops should be set at 100% Neck03 and nothing else.

If it is the alignment, it can be tricky to shift them back into place- the best thing to do is import a fresh copy of the IMVU male torso and cut the neck out from it.
