I purchased a room that I made publicly available. I chose this particular room for my wedding reception. I spent credits and time decorating it.
Later, the creator edited the room, changed major features, and then set it to display-only. Now I have zero access to a room I already paid for and invested in.
My question is: • Why are creators allowed to change access after purchase? • Do buyers have any protection? • If a room is post in catalog, a buyer buys it, shouldn’t it stay usable for the buyer?
I’d like clarity on IMVU’s policy because this affects how safe it is to invest credits into rooms. Honestly feel like after creator place for sale in catty the creator should not be allowed to make changes to any room. O r atleast set a editing time frame for any created item placed in catalog
