marriage room not loading

i don't know if this is the appropriate place to post,but seems logical at the moment :) i don't know if anyone is experiencing their marriage package room not loading. my wife is also experiencing the same issue. all other rooms load except the marriage package room. she added a room shell bundle long time ago. now it mysteriously doesn't load. it acts like it starts loading,but it doesn't. the background stays bright white. then after a few moments an error message pops up. it's probably been like this about a month now. when i first noticed it i kinda blew it off because i know things happen as they are updating or changing things on the site. i know it will go back to normal. well it's not. i submitted a help ticket and it's now 15 days with no resolution. i have updated imvu classic client 3 times as they recently released newer versions. i originally had 551.10. i uninstalled. cleaned computer. flushed dns. released ip. renewed ip. made sure imvu was added as exceptions. i turned off the security in the browser and pc(only for testing imvu issue).restarted pc during the multiple processes. rebooted cable modem multiple times. used hardwired ethernet cables and wifi. i followed instructions they sent in response. then followed instructions and tips from the link they sent. https://support.imvu.com/support/solutions/articles/154000197109-basic-troubleshooting-steps-for-imvu-classic-imvu-client-  during the process i found imvu had newer version 551.12 so i followed the procedures. cleaned and installed new. still no change. all room except marriage room. my daily driver computer which is not gaming,but has decent specifications and net connection was in question so i tried a gaming computer. same problem. later i ended up testing two more computers and other internet connections. still the same issue. during this time version 551.14 released so i started over again. still have the same exact problem on 4 different computers as well as different high speed internet connections. i've tested during different times of day and week in the event there was a net congestion issue. doesn't seem to matter. my wife is having the same problem. i've had issues in the past where a room shell product would disappear from my inventory and then the room won't load because it doesn't exist anymore,but it's always been black. this is different. it stays white. she still has the room shell product in her inventory and it does load in "my room" and shared rooms,but not the marriage room. i've provided all the information to support that they've asked. operating systems. pc models and specifications. screenshots. estimated time when i noticed the issue. at the moment i keep getting suggested to uninstall imvu and resinstall. i've done this on 4 different computers and tried different high speed internet connnections. my wife also recently updated her imvu client and we're both experiencing the same thing. through my communications with the multiple representatives responding it feels like they are indirectly blaming my computers and internet. i could see if it was one or two,but not four as well as my wife's. sorry for the crazy long novel,but i'm starting to get frustrated and was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing and if there is a resolution.  :)
