Just to clarify, the AP (Access Pass) cannot be bought from another user or transferred between accounts. There is no manual way to activate AP. It is automatically activated only when it is purchased directly on the official IMVU website on your own account.

If you paid someone outside of IMVU or through a reseller, the AP will not activate, as this is not a valid way to purchase it. Also, buying credits alone does not activate AP — the Access Pass must be purchased separately from the official AP page.

To get AP correctly, please make sure you are logged into your own account and purchase it directly from IMVU’s official site. If you believe there was a misunderstanding, payment issue, or possible scam involved, we strongly recommend contacting IMVU Support so they can review your situation.
