AP+ that was registered to the wrong account when I was selected to apply for it early; and my age verification badge labeled disabled stopping me from purchasing AP+

I applied for what I was eligible through an inbox last year to be able to get on a waiting list early for the AP+ upgrade. Once I was approved it was placed on another account I own that was not the intended account I had applied for it for. I do not have access to it and do not understand how I am to resolve the problem. I was told I can now buy this it is available to buy in upgrades if I upgrade my VIP status and when I attempted, I realized then that I do not have an active age verification badge as it is stated to have been disabled and may be the reason why I may not have gotten AP+ I was approved for on this account @JAHflip2script. I am requesting for this to be resolved and corrected. I have been age-approved for several years now and have the badge on this said account.

If you like to have ap+ the one access to your account that your able to log in as long it have ap and age pass .
