I am trying to submit a bundle or a decorated room all my products but keep getting the message I cant submit a bundle with a hidden product i can not find this product at all .. how can i remove it if i cant find it please help
I understand how frustrating this can be. That message means there is at least one hidden or unavailable product included in your bundle or decorated room, and bundles cannot be submitted if they contain hidden items.
This usually happens when:
A product used in the room was set to hidden by the creator
A product was removed, disabled, or made unavailable
A product belongs to an old or deleted listing
Here are a few things you can try:
Open the bundle or room in Edit mode and carefully remove items one by one, then try saving and submitting again. This helps identify which item is causing the issue.
Check if any products show as missing icons, blank items, or error placeholders and remove those.
If this is a decorated room, try saving a copy and removing furniture gradually until the hidden item is gone.
If you still cannot find or remove the hidden product, this is something the Community cannot fix directly. In that case, you will need help from the official IMVU Support team, as they can identify hidden items at a system level.
Please submit a support ticket and explain that you are unable to submit a bundle or room due to a hidden product you cannot locate.
