I tried to buy ap and age verification but it keeps telling me there is an issue

Unfortunately, billing and purchase problems cannot be resolved through the Community. For security and payment reasons, only the official IMVU Support team can review failed purchase attempts, error messages, and payment details.

Please submit a support ticket and include:

The exact error message you are receiving

Whether the issue happens with AP, Age Verification, or both

The date and time you attempted the purchase
