I lost my password and email to my account, am I able to get it back even tho I have badges ? And how do I talk to an agent thru support? .

If the password reset email is being sent to the wrong email address, this can’t be fixed through the Community for security reasons.

Badges alone do not guarantee account recovery, but they can help as supporting information when verifying account ownership. The official IMVU Support team will review multiple details to confirm that the account belongs to you.

To proceed, you will need to contact IMVU Support directly. Here’s how:

Go to the IMVU Support page

Submit a support ticket explaining that you lost access to both your email and password

Include as much information as possible, such as:

Avatar name

Previous email (if you remember it)

Badges on the account

Approximate account creation date

Any purchase history (if applicable)

Once your ticket is submitted, a support agent will respond through the ticket system. Support is handled via tickets, not live chat, so all communication will be done there.
