We are aware of an issue in the latest IMVU Mobile update on Android that may prevent some users from completing Two Factor Authentication. When entering your 2FA code, the verification window may close if you leave the app to check your email.
Workaround: If you request a 2FA code, please keep the IMVU app open. Use another device to access your email, retrieve the code, and then enter it into the app without backgrounding or switching away from IMVU. This workaround will only be possible for users who can access their email from a second device. We understand this is frustrating and not ideal. Our team is actively working on a fix and we will share updates as soon as one is available.
