Can Room Searches be more specific?

Is there any way to make searches for chat rooms work more logically? Such as using quoted strings or binding spaces or boolean parameters? The way it is now, either on the classic program or on Next, searches can be utterly hopeless. To wit: if you search for "The Blue Gorge" it will return not only every room with "The" and "Blue" and "Gorge", but far worse, it will also return every room with "Gor", resulting in hundreds of rooms. There is no hope of finding "The Blue Gorge". (note: I never searched for "The Blue Gorge" and don't want to: I just made that name up as an example of how the current search engine will key on any sequence of letters even within a word.) Is there any hope of finding things more specifically? Is there a way to do a meaningful search for room titles?
