So I'm EXTREMELY frustrated here. I have 3 accounts here on IMVU and I can only access one. The problem is, it keeps making me do this 2-factor Authentication sign-in but I've these accounts so long, I don't even remember which email address is attached to it. I tried calling the customer service number and I get the computer generated message about them NO LONGER ACCEPTING CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUESTS BY PHONE. So when I try to submit a ticket or do chat support, they ask for the connected email address... DUHHHH???? That's the problem. I don't remember which email it is. I can prove that I'm me, but I just don't know which email address was used when I created those accounts. I opened other email accounts, but none are showing up with IMVU connections. SO now what do I do? It would be soooo much easier if I could talk to a REAL person.

For security reasons, support agents can only assist through the official support channels and must follow the verification procedures. They may ask for the original email address or other information linked to the account to confirm ownership.
The best option in this situation is to continue working with the support agents through a ticket or live chat. They are the only ones who can review the account and check whether there are alternative ways to verify ownership. If you’re able to provide any additional details about the account (such as previous emails, purchase information, or other identifying details), that may help them during the verification process.
