I joined VIP today to get live chat help and it is not allowing me to have Live Chat. Help!!!!!

It appears that there is no live chat now, unless it's down. I've been trying for days. I have VIP and all I'm seeing is Chat with us! and a virtual assistant. The virtual assistant types "Sorry, I didn't quite get that. Can you please try rephrasing your question?" and no matter what you type in, it simply repeats that

Hello, @Justice2014 did you make sure you’re log in first ? Live chat open Tuesday-Saturday at 9am-6pm pst
