Update I’ve been emailing them back and forth. Sent them a photo from my bank. The version of IMVU I use the subscription info from Apple play store as well as ss of purchases over the last 4 years of spending on here with no resolution. Can’t even chat live with someone even though I’ve been charged for vip smh this is insane needless to say after almost 5yrs on this app I just canceled my subscription

Same issue as well…I brought VIP they snatch the money from my apple account but never received my credits and my chats still closed..done with this app

Haven’t received my vip credits either. And yes they’ve taken my payment. Can’t find the page that supposed to have a check box to be able to turn on the monthly acceptance for the credits…… it doesn’t exist not even in the “classic app” page.

I’m having the same issue. Logged in today was charged 32.49 yesterday. No VIP. All my rooms are closed. No credit delivery
