hello mods, I need help my 2020 account was hacked and renamed @7EVENNNN. I have an open ticket with my 2020 email, a welcome email screenshot,billing proof,but the agents keep telling me my email isn’t on the account. Of course it isn’t the hacker changed it and my password. Can a moderator please message me for my case number so a human can actually look at my 2020 proof ?
