Hi all! it's the first time I am posting here so I hope it's in the right category. For context my gf has the problem not me but it is something I have never encountered on vu before so hopping someone can help. We are both Imvu classic client users. She recently started having issues seeing my avatar. All she can see is a ghost figure with blue loading text over head. So the male products are not loading for her at all. Same thing happens if she tries to wear a male avatar herself.
My first thought to fix this was clear cache. That didn't work. then we tried uninstalling the client made sure all the imvu folders were gone from the roaming folder then reinstalled it. thought that would fix it but it didn't. We tried the phone and imvu desktop to see if those worked and those worked fine. so the problem is clearly the classic client on her end but since we cleanly reinstalled it I can't explain why this issue keeps persisting. So can anyone help explain this or tell us what we can do to fix it? because I am out of ideas

Hello! Please make sure she is using an updated version of Classic client: https://pt.imvu.com/download.php. If that does not work, please ask her to reach out to IMVU Customer Support for the issue she is having.
