keep logging into imvu and getting message network problem loading awatar into ever since i installed the latest update,,, and solutions out there

I still have the same issue..I cant get on anymore after 12 years.....They are blaming it on my internet provider but my internet provider says theres nothing wrong on their end.My internet provider is Optimum and IMVU is insisting that they have a security block on IMVU but i never had a problem in 12 years and Optimum insists nothing is going on with their end.I have no idea what to do anymore here.Ive tried EVERYTHING.IMVU wont help me because they insist its out of their control....

if they are closing your case that means they have stopped working on it and they are done.....that means they think you have no more problems....

@KathyEnglish..I have the exact same issue....Its been 4 days now and everything is gone and all they keep telling me is to "have patience"...Who knows when this will be fixed..We should be refunded for all the days we cannot use the avatars we pay for....
