Age verification session timed out

I bought age verification but I did not get my id on time so when  I finally got it I tried to verify my age the website has been saying it timed out after a session and i didn’t get an email of it timing out can IMVU refres the website so I can verify my age or remove the token so I can buy a new one

Hello! Please contact Customer Service to report the problem you are experiencing, as this will allow them to investigate and take appropriate action regarding your AGE. It is not necessary to purchase a new token.
