my account is on hold

so i have had a hold on my account for 2 months now and i have paid a chargeback and was told a month ago after i made the payment the hold would automatically be removed its been 4 days now and i haven’t heard nothing back from support to know if they even received anything which is very inconvenient and if they responded once already to a current ticket i put in im not sure how long the process really is for a chargeback to come off your account once you have paid the amount but can someone let me know if they have experienced this issue i feel like im being scammed

Please note that adding extra comments to request updates may unintentionally delay your case, as it moves it back in the queue. if i get no response after tomorrow to i texted a moderator on the imvu app or how does it work so i can get this hold off already
