log into IMVU and returns message, network not able to load avatar information, does anyone have a working solution

@KathyEnglish..I have been going through the same exact issue for 2 weeks now....No solution in sight....I have been getting connection network error messages for the past 2 weeks and see NOTHING in my account.. I sign on and it doesnt display my avatar anymore..says it has a problem displaying it...nothing displays in my inventory or friends or chat rooms..nothing is searchable..everything doesnt work from top to bottom...NOTHING IS THERE....There is absolutely nothing wrong with my computer, my connection or anything else.I have uninstalled and reinstalled IMVU about 30 times even using different versions and earlier versions and NOTHING WORKS I'm encountering an error message that reads, "There was a network problem getting the avatar info," every time I launch the classic client on both my PC and laptop. As a result, I can't access dress-up, rooms, messages, or any other features. I've tried troubleshooting extensively: clearing the cache, switching routers, disabling the firewall, and reinstalling the client multiple times, even downloading the classic client on my laptop but nothing has resolved the issue. To test further, I created a completely new account with fresh credentials, only to receive the exact same error. This suggests the problem isn't related to my account or hardware. I have been on the phone non-stop all week with my internet provider which is Optimum.They told me that IMVU has NOT been blocked and is NOT blacklisted whatsoever from their end.It is also NOT blocked on their settings or my Firewall settings.They have done nothing different as far as IMVU goes on their end.I had no issues connecting to IMVU for almost 12 years now and all of a sudden i cant get on and stay on.Nothing has been changed on my internet providers end.I also always make sure I add IMVU to my allowed apps on my firewall.I have exhausted everything at this point.I am totally lost and at wits end..IMVU continues to say its My internet provider and blames them, and my provider continues to say its IMVU and blames them..I dont have any idea what to do at this point.All I know is I am stuck in the middle here and I am paying for a web service I cannot connect to.I am basically throwing my hard earned money down the drain and nobody is helping me at all to solve this or even giving me a real reason why this all of a sudden is happening after 12 years...

Hello! For this type of issue, the correct step is to contact IMVU Customer Support directly. Open a ticket and describe the case with as much detail as possible (what's your internet provider, the version you are using, etc) so the team can forward it to the engineer team.

i removed IMVU from my computer and then downloaded the version 552.6 . I then reinstalled IMVU. The logging in issue still continues.

Hello! The issue when logging on IMVU and accessing rooms has been fixed. Please ensure you are using the latest version of the Classic Client or Desktop Client by downloading it here: https://www.imvu.com/download.php. Thanks!
