I’m getting genuinely frustrated. I bought a 300,000 credit package from IMVU Classic using an affirm virtual card and IMVU WILL NOT PAY IT OUT. It was under my husband’s name. Because the card number is not accessible after a hold or funds are processed, Affirm only provides the loan id. My husband and I have sent our identification, all card numbers, type of cards, and SO MUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION. I have Emerald Membership and THEY STILL WON’T PAY IT OUT. They also suspended any more credit purchases until this is resolved. Somebody please help!!!!!!!!!

Hello! For this type of issue, the correct step is to contact IMVU Customer Support directly. If you feel the agents aren't handling the case properly, please ask a supervisor to review your case.
