I bought credits and havent received them but the money has been taken off my card

Hello! If the purchase was made through the mobile app, the charge must be handled with the App Store or Google Play. If the purchase was made on the website and is pending, check the order page and, if there is no update after the stated time, open a ticket. My order is pending. Why?: http://im.vu/help394
