Hey, I’ve been on IMVU for around 7 years and recently some of my rooms stopped loading correctly on desktop.
I already tried reinstalling the client but the issue still happens sometimes.
Do you know if there’s any fix for that?

Yeah, this issue can sometimes happen because of cache files or because some room assets aren’t loading properly

Try clearing your IMVU cache folder completely, then restart the client.

Also make sure your graphics drivers and the IMVU desktop app are fully updated to the latest version

If the issue only happens in specific rooms, it could be related to certain products used inside those rooms

If the problem is still happening after trying all these steps, please let us know and we’ll try to help you further

Hey 
 rewards in IMVU are still mostly added automatically, like credits or badges, once the activity is completed

Sometimes though, they can take a little bit of time to appear, so it’s worth waiting a few minutes and refreshing the app

For tracking what you’ve earned, you can usually check your account inventory or any “Rewards/History” section inside the client depending on your version

If something still doesn’t show up after a while, it’s usually just a small sync delay on the account side

I’ve been on IMVU for a while, and I’m currently having an issue where some of my rewards don’t seem to show up after completing activities in the app.

I’m not sure if I’m missing something or if the system has changed recently. Do rewards still get added automatically like credits or badges, or is there a new way they are delivered now?

Also, where can I check my reward history or track what I’ve earned inside the client?
