Hello Community and Moderators,
I am posting here because my creator account has been placed on hold, and I am stuck in an automated loop with customer service.
I am an international creator in the Earn Money program with a balance of over $600. IMVU officially issued me Form 1042-S for my earnings. My legal name and information on this tax form match my current government-issued ID and selfie perfectly.
Despite this 100% legal identity match, support agents sent a generic reply stating they cannot proceed unless I provide registration email and billing data from 15 years ago (2010). It is impossible to recall 15-year-old registration data, but my 2024 verified creator records should act as valid proof of current ownership.
I have already submitted my ID and selfie to the ticket and sent an email to the Creator Advocate, but I have not received a human response.
Could a Moderator or Staff member please escalate Ticket #808987 / #821545 to a supervisor in the Compliance or Finance department? I want to resolve this internal financial dispute safely.
Thank you.

Hi, Diickz! Thank you for reaching out to us!  If you'd like a supervisor to take a closer look at your case, you can request that directly within the ticket itself. For example, you could say something like: “I feel like I may need additional assistance with my case. Would it be possible to have a supervisor review it?”

This usually helps route the case for further review when appropriate. Just keep in mind that the supervisor may still request additional information depending on the situation, so it’s always a good idea to have any relevant details ready as well.

Best,
