Help Us Report Problematic Mobile Ads

If you experience unexpected behavior from an ad on IMVU Mobile, such as redirects or other unusual activity, please report the ad directly through the app and share as much detail as possible. This helps our teams and ad partners investigate and block problematic ads much faster.


How to report an ad on IMVU Mobile


• While the ad is visible, repeatedly shake your device or quickly flip your screen down 2 to 3 times to trigger the “Rage Shake”
• Tap the small blue AppLovin logo that appears on the ad (see screenshot)
• In the “Max Creative Debugger” menu, select the ad and tap “Report Ad”
• Your email app will open with a draft report. Enter badads@imvu.com in the “To” field and send the email


Helpful details include:


• Screenshots or video recordings
• The type of ad shown
• What happened after interacting with or viewing the ad

If you are unable to report the ad through the app, please submit a support ticket and include screenshots or a video recording if possible.
