Resently a user told me I would be snuffed out. I reported this and the account was banned. She has another account. I’m nervous. Is she able to have a second account while banned?

Vu doesn't IP ban so that person can make as much accounts as they want. From someone that had to deal with stalkers etc I'm letting you know be prepared for a lot of accounts from that same person coming after you.

If someone has that then it stands to reason that it's technically possible.
Whether or not it's allowed is a different issue. To get the correct answer you will have to ask the staff of IMVU.
